What services are included in the subscription?
In the first year, it includes inserting the information and elements you provided after subscribing to the free trial, such as your logo, description of your business, contacts, etc. If the chosen template is missing content, it also includes writing texts that fit your business to fill in the gaps. Moreover, it includes search engine optimization services and maintenance services. In the following years, it includes up to 4 small updates or adjustments to your website at your request, limited to 4 hours of web design. Unlimited hosting, a mobile-responsive website and store, and premium support are also included.
Where can I see all the available website templates?
Go to the templates’ page by hitting the link above on the menu; once on the templates’ page, you will see all the templates available.
What happens when I subscribe to the 7-day free trial?
We will ask you about your business details, to upload your logo if you have one (if not, we will use a temporary one that will fit the design of your website), the template you want, and to submit texts and pictures you want to add to your website. Second, 24 hours after we have received your information, we will send you a preview of the website and provide you with the guidelines for connecting your domain to the website.
What happens if I don’t proceed with the guidelines for connecting my domain to the website the Urviz team has created?
The website will be published by default, but not with your business domain.
What happens if I don’t like the final design?
We're committed to ensuring that you're completely satisfied with your website. If you're unhappy with the final design, we'll work with you to make small adjustments until it meets your needs. If you're still unconvinced, you can always cancel the free trial.
Where can I cancel my free trial?
You can email us at billing@urviz.com or fill out the on the subscriptions page. Your credit card will not be charged if you cancel during the free 7-day trial.
Will my credit card be charged if I send you my business information and you provide the website during the free trial?
Not at all; it will only be charged after the 7-day free trial. We have a free trial because we want to allow clients to fully experience the final version of their website without having to pay.
Where and when can I cancel my subscription?

Can I make changes to my website after it's completed?
Yes. We understand that things may need to be updated or tweaked over time, so we include four small changes or adjustments per year or four hours of website design. And if your changes require more than that, we'll provide you with a specific quote for your approval. Also, our team of skilled writers can write new content for you or use the content you give them to write copy that is both interesting and good for search engines.
How long does it take to create a website after I have submitted my business information?
After getting information about your business, our team can usually finish the website within 24 hours.
Will my website be mobile-friendly?
Definitely! We design all of our websites to be fully responsive and optimized for mobile devices. You can rest assured that your website will look and function beautifully on any device, whether a smartphone, tablet, or desktop computer.
