Cancelation Policy



At Urviz, we understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes our clients may need to cancel their service.


- If you wish to cancel your subscription with us, you can do so by filling out the cancelation form on the subscriptions page (https://www.urviz.com/subscriptions) or by sending an email to billing@urviz.com.


- Your cancelation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for any future billing periods. We do not offer any refunds for the remaining period of your subscription.


- For cancelations during the free trial period, customers can cancel at any time without being charged. If a customer cancels during the free trial, their account will be deactivated immediately, and they will not be charged any fees.
